You should take Tetralysal once a day, preferably in the morning before eating, and swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water. The usual dose is 408 mg (equivalent to 300 mg lymecycline) daily. It's important not to exceed this dosage. You may start to see an improvement in your acne after a few weeks of treatment. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember unless it's almost time for your next dose. In case you take too much Tetralysal, seek medical advice. It's essential to complete the full course prescribed by your doctor, even if your acne improves.
