Dosage and usage

You should take Spiriva exactly as prescribed by your healthcare provider. The typical dose is one inhalation once a day, using the Respimat inhaler device. Do not exceed the recommended dose, and do not use Spiriva more frequently than directed. The effects of Spiriva can last for 24 hours, so it's important to take it at the same time each day.
