You should take Nefidipine exactly as prescribed by your healthcare provider. The typical starting dose is 30 mg once daily, but your doctor may adjust this based on your response. The maximum recommended dose is 90 mg per day. It's important to follow your doctor's instructions carefully. Each Nefidipine tablet contains 20 mg of nefidipine as the active ingredient. The tablet also includes excipients such as microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, and magnesium stearate.

Common side effects of Nefidipine may include dizziness, headache, flushing, or swelling in the ankles.
