Description

Metrogel is a topical medication that contains metronidazole as its active ingredient. It is used to treat bacterial infections of the skin such as rosacea. Metronidazole works by stopping the growth of bacteria. Metrogel is suitable for individuals with rosacea, a common skin condition that causes redness and visible blood vessels in the face.

Avoid contact with your eyes and mucous membranes. The effects of Metrogel may take a few weeks to become noticeable. If you miss a dose, apply it as soon as you remember.
