Dosage and usage

You should take one Marvelon tablet every day at the same time for 21 days, followed by a 7-day pill-free break. Start the next pack after the 7-day break, regardless of whether you have finished your period. Marvelon should be swallowed whole with water. If you miss a pill, follow the instructions in the patient leaflet. The effects of Marvelon last throughout the 21-day active pill period. If you experience severe abdominal pain or chest pain, seek medical help immediately.

Each Marvelon tablet contains 150 micrograms of desogestrel and 30 micrograms of ethinylestradiol, along with lactose, maize starch, povidone, and magnesium stearate as excipients.

Side effects
