Dosage and usage

The usual dose of Lumigan is one drop into the affected eye(s) once daily in the evening. Do not use more than the prescribed amount, as this will not make the medication more effective and may increase the risk of side effects. If you forget a dose, just apply the next dose as usual. If you are using other eye drops, wait at least 5 minutes between each medication.

Each ml of Lumigan contains 0.3 mg of bimatoprost. The other ingredients are sodium chloride, sodium phosphate dibasic, citric acid monohydrate, purified water, and benzalkonium chloride as a preservative.

Side effects
