Janumet

Description

Janumet is a medication that combines two active ingredients, sitagliptin, and metformin. Sitagliptin works by increasing the levels of incretin hormones in your body, helping to control blood sugar levels. Metformin works by decreasing glucose production in the liver and improving insulin sensitivity. Janumet is suitable for adults with type 2 diabetes who need help to manage their blood sugar levels effectively.
