Fultium-D3

Description

Fultium D3 is a supplement that contains the active ingredient colecalciferol, also known as vitamin D3. Vitamin D3 plays a crucial role in maintaining healthy bones and teeth by aiding the absorption of calcium and phosphorus in your body. It is suitable for individuals who have a deficiency in vitamin D, which can occur due to factors such as limited sun exposure, certain medical conditions, or dietary restrictions. 

Dosage and usage

You should take Fultium D3 as directed by your healthcare provider. The typical dosage for vitamin D deficiency in adults is 800 to 2000 international units (IU) per day. Your doctor may adjust this dosage based on your specific needs. It is important not to exceed the recommended dose unless instructed to do so. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule.

Each Fultium D3 capsule contains colecalciferol (vitamin D3) 800 IU. The other ingredients include medium-chain triglycerides, butylated hydroxytoluene (E321), gelatin, glycerol, and purified water.  

Side effects

Common side effects of Fultium D3 may include nausea, vomiting, constipation, or weakness. Serious side effects are rare but may include signs of high calcium levels such as persistent nausea, vomiting, constipation, abdominal pain, muscle weakness, or confusion. If you experience any severe allergic reactions like rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, or difficulty breathing, seek immediate medical attention.

Do not take Fultium D3 if you have high calcium or vitamin D levels, kidney stones, or certain metabolic disorders. It is important to inform your healthcare provider about any existing medical conditions, ongoing treatments, or allergies.
