For adults and children over 12 years old, the usual dose is 120 mg once a day. You can take it with or without food. Do not exceed the recommended dose. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it's almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose. The effects of Fexofenadine can last for 24 hours.
