Dosage and usage

The typical starting dose of Clonidine for high blood pressure is 50 mcg twice a day. Your doctor may adjust this dose based on your individual response. If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember unless it's almost time for your next dose. In that case, skip the missed dose.
