Alli Orlistat

Description

Alli is a weight loss aid that can help you achieve your weight loss goals when used alongside a healthy diet and regular exercise. The active ingredient in Alli is orlistat, which works by blocking the absorption of fat in your digestive system. This means that your body absorbs fewer calories from fat, helping you lose weight. Alli is suitable for adults who are overweight and have a BMI of 28 or above.

Dosage and usage

You should take one Alli capsule with each of your three main meals per day. Remember not to exceed three capsules daily. It's important to follow a low-calorie, low-fat diet while taking Alli to minimize the chances of experiencing gastrointestinal side effects. If you miss a meal or your meal contains no fat, you can skip your dose of Alli. The effects of Alli can last for as long as you continue to take the medication as directed. If you experience severe abdominal pain, seek medical help immediately.
