Adartrel

Description

Adartrel is a medication that contains the active ingredient ropinirole. It works by acting on dopamine receptors in the brain to help manage symptoms of restless legs syndrome. If you're someone who experiences uncomfortable sensations in your legs that make you want to move them, especially at night, Adartrel may be suitable for you. Restless legs syndrome can occur due to various factors such as genetics, iron deficiency, or certain chronic diseases.

Dosage and usage

For restless legs syndrome, the typical starting dose of Adartrel is 0.25 mg taken once daily, 1-3 hours before bedtime. Your healthcare provider may adjust this dose gradually to achieve the best effect. The maximum recommended daily dose is 4 mg. It may take some time for Adartrel to show its full benefit, so be patient. If you forget a dose, take it when you remember unless it's almost time for your next dose. In that case, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular schedule.
