Trust and transparency are essential components of the services that we, at Doctoronline, provide. Therefore, we strive to make people feel that they can safely order the products and treatments on our platform. We would like to invite you to take a peek behind the scenes to learn more about our approach to safety and convenience.

Safety and convenience

For Doctoronline, safety comes first. This applies to both your medical and personal data and the medications you order through us. Our main motivation is to give you the opportunity to order medicinal products online and have them delivered to your home safely and effortlessly. We strongly believe in the eHealth model. This model enables people worldwide to stay or get healthy discreetly and easily, no matter where they physically are – even in remote areas, where the availability of offline medical services is limited.

How do we ensure the service we provide is safe?

This is where the Medical Advisory Board comes in. Doctoronline attaches great importance to safety and quality. That is why, in addition to working with in-house experts, we have engaged the expertise of a Medical Advisory Board.

Both our internal and external experts are committed to safety, quality and reliability, and work behind the scenes to ensure that Doctoronline's product range is of the highest quality and meets all necessary safety standards.

Advice and support

The Medical Advisory Board (MAB) advises and supports online platforms such as Doctoronline and SeeMe-nopause.

  • Assessing the quality of the online medical questionnaires.
  • Verifying product information.
  • Reviewing and providing feedback on articles.
  • Advising on market trends and regulatory changes.
  • Providing general advice and support.

In short, the MAB is always ready to support us in continuously improving the quality of the services we provide to you.

The MAB is also tasked with a number of other key responsibilities:

  • Policy advice: The MAB provides Doctoronline with advice on the development of clinical guidelines, medical standards of care and public health strategies. This involves: 1. Detecting incorrect product information. 2. Checking whether all medical-related articles are based on facts and scientific research.
  • Research and evaluation: The MBA evaluates scientific evidence and research studies, based on which it provides recommendations on new therapies, treatment methods and medications. It also evaluates the effectiveness and safety of existing treatments.
  • Training: Doctoronline staff members receive training to increase their knowledge of medical topics. This contributes to the professionalism of our platform. The training programme also includes workshops on new developments.
  • Ethics and regulations: The MBA advises on ethical issues related to medical research, treatments, patient care and healthcare policies, and ensures legal and ethical healthcare standards are adhered to.
